Default New to W/ Help with Build?

While I've been Playing GW on and off for quite a few Years, I'm new to the Warrior Class. So I figured it couldn't hurt to post what I got and see what you more experienced Warriors offer to set me on the right path.

I dug around PVX and other places and found that I really dig the 100 blades Ellite AoE Spike. I've seen many builds based on this for whatever specific purpose so I'm trying to figure out whats going to work for what I want. I'm general purpose most of the time. A little farming when needed, lots of PVE questing maybe some dungeons, across all campaigns, and when I feel froggy perhaps a little PvP.

Being a Die Hard Ele/(everything) and not wanting to completely break from my love, this is what I got so far:
<pvxbig>
[build prof=W/E name="100Blades of Fire" fir=10 str=8 swo=12][Brawling Headbutt][Whirlwind Attack][Sun and Moon Slash][Hundred Blades][Flail]["For Great Justice!"][Enraging Charge][Conjure Flame][/build]
</pvxbig> ~ lame I was hoping this would work ~edit

I'd love to hear your thoughts on how I can improve on this and your general feedback.

Thanks.

If you like the 100b build the first thing id say to do is bring "i am the strongest" instead of conjure flames. Also if you don't know using 100b with Mark of Pain and Splinter weapon will literally blow up groups. I don't use it much. Personally i use Dslash as a simple sword build thats decent on damage and good on conditions. But for dungeons 100b will be great when you ball up the enemies. For PvP warriors usually run a KD build in my experience. For RA its generally a devastating hammer warrior. GvG is the same. As for the competitive missions and HA, i dont have much experience on a war in those areas.

It is a good idea, but remember that the 100b skill won't carry that fire dmg from your weapon OR conjure flames, it deals a set amount of Slashing damage. And also and you get farther into the game, armor against fire dmg increases, so straight physical damage might be better so you can trigger Necro curses(barbs and Mark of Pain). Also, to increase physical damage(if you decide to remove conjure flame) have a smiting monk run Strength of Honor. It's a maintainable smiting prayers enchantment that will buff straight melee damage by a fair bit.

First off your bar is not to bad I have seen worst and I have played my self with terrible bars lol, but you have to think about constant attack hows your energy going to be with the conjure skill. Will MoPs,splinter,SoH be more benefit with the said conjure in my opinion is 100b is great if you can ball it's a bit meh if you can't ball properly, but even with out balling it can still be good damage not impressive damage though.

But since your starting out 100b is good elite but you may want to think about D-slash, Warriors Endurance they them self can out preform 100b on single and multiple foes.

But that is my opinion I know you like the big AoE all I can say if you like 100b try with the conjure then replace the conjure with a different skill see if one is better then the other or see which is more comfortable to your style. This is all about PVE as PVP I am still learning how a warrior can be good in. So I can't offer any advice on PVP

Cool Ideas. I'll give those a shot and see what happens.

I usually run with a MM Hero(Olias is my buddy), should I give him MoP and Barbs or Should I switch to a Necro secondary and Self apply before wading into the fray?

I'll probably setup a Dslash build as well, for situations when there's not huge mobs. I noticed so far when playing that the 100Blades/WW is very sexy on the mobs, but in small scattered groups I feel like I'm wasting effort for little output.

Did not realize that Conjure Flame did not spread across multiple enemies like that.

Problem with MoPs on your bar again is energy and energy re-gen is only at 2 pips so its slow enough to regain energy you can how ever have a zealous mod on you sword and pray you hit enough to cover the energy. Risky if you can't ball.

On a hero you can how ever micro it at the right time to achieve what you need
but my self I usually I let the hero do his/her thing it works not that efficient.
Have you thought about an orders necro with a dip in blood and a high enough spec in curses.

Dont carry MoP etc on your own bar. I usually leave it up to my heroes to use the skills and i almost never micro. At the same time im not a pro, so learning to micro is a good thing. But Barbs, MoP, and Splinter Weapon are great on heroes. EBSoH is a good buff to carry. If you can find room for smiting on a monk, Strength of Honor is great to have. All in all if you can buff yourself enough to cause high AoE damage, all thats left is to learn how to ball enemies and the game can be a piece of cake. As for balling thats all experience,(a tip for balling: Always flag your heroes well out of range before balling or you will lose aggro to them and they will not ball at all.)
